In this oppressive totalitarian State, every aspect of life is under strict surveillance. Laws are draconian, and privacy is non-existent. As the State-appointed manager of an apartment building, your job is to create a comfortable environment for your tenants.

But there's more to your role than meets the eye.

Your true purpose is to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS! Your mission involves secretly monitoring their activities, planting bugs in their homes when they're absent, rummaging through their possessions for any threats to the State's authority, and compiling detailed profiles for your superiors. It's crucial to REPORT any tenant suspected of breaking the law or planning actions against the State.

In Beholder, every choice you make has significant consequences!

What will you do with the information you gather? Will you turn in a father for his illegal activities, leaving his children orphaned?
