How do you play the Carcassonne civilization board game online?

The game board is a medieval landscape that players collectively build as the game unfolds.

There are 72 tiles in total. The game begins with one starting tile face-up, while the remaining 71 are shuffled and placed face-down for players to draw. Enjoy one of the best tabletop games and claim victory in the war for Carcassonne.

On your turn, you draw a new terrain tile and must place it so it touches at least one tile already on the board.

Each new tile must connect matching landscapes with the tiles it touches: roads must connect to roads, fields to fields, and cities to cities. If you love tabletop games and enjoyed board games in your childhood, this is the ultimate popular and fun board game to play with friends.

After placing a tile, you may choose to deploy a piece called a "follower" or "meeple" on one of its eligible areas. You cannot use a follower to claim any section that is connected to or part of an area already claimed by another player.

How does the scoring system work in the Conquest of Carcassonne board game?

During gameplay, cities, cloisters, and roads are scored immediately upon completion. Fields, however, are only tallied at the end of the game.

If multiple players have followers in the same area, the player with the most followers there earns the points. In case of a tie, all tied players receive the full points.
