What if I forget my passcode?

Check the latest email from us (search for thinkyeah in your mailbox) and follow the reset instructions. If you can't find the email, follow these steps:

1. Access the GalleryVault locking page. If the icon is hidden, use the "Manage Space" button as described above.

2. Attempt to unlock twice, then tap the "Forgot" button that appears.

3. Select "Resend Auth Email" in the dialog.
