The game's interface is divided into four key menus:

In Iron Muscle, you can target a variety of muscle groups including Abdominals, Back, Biceps, Calf, Chest, Forearms, Legs, Thigh, Shoulders, and Triceps. The game offers pre-set plans for both bodybuilding and fitness, ensuring you have the tools to reach your goals.
