The My VIDA app serves as an integral component, enhancing the entire consumer journey from ownership and beyond. It is meticulously designed to seamlessly connect vehicle functionalities that can be managed remotely via the app using WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and Cloud connectivity.

The key connectivity features of the My VIDA app over WiFi include Turn-By-Turn navigation, hands-free call management (receive/reject), missed call alerts, SMS alerts, and phone statistics such as network status, battery level, and connection status with the app. Through Cloud connectivity, users can access remote immobilization, live tracking, share scooter location, trip analysis, emergency alerts for panic situations, theft, battery removal, fall downs, and accidents, as well as geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Over BLE connectivity, the app offers features like lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot open, and a 'Ping My Scooter' function.

Furthermore, users can now schedule and charge their vehicle at the nearest charging station, plan their commute and navigation in advance, and request a service experience at home, on the road, or at a service station. Additionally, riders can customize their experience according to the terrain or their mood, ensuring a personalized journey every time.
