⚫︎ After Astro Bot's triumph as Game of the Year in 2024, Team Asobi's studio head, Nicolas Doucet, made headlines at the Game Developers Conference. He highlighted the importance of crafting concise, achievable gaming experiences in an industry often driven by expansive projects.
"From the start, we embraced the idea that it's perfectly fine to develop a smaller game," Doucet explained. He underscored that a focused scope enabled the team to retain creative control and deliver a game that players could genuinely complete—a compelling notion in an age where game backlogs are increasingly common.

⚫︎ Astro Bot's recent update brings a new level named Hard to Bear, featuring a nod to The Order: 1886. This level is part of the ongoing Vicious Void Galaxy DLC, offering five free weekly levels throughout February and March, with the final installment set to launch in mid-March.
