Kingdomino Launches on Android

The award-winning board game Kingdomino is now available digitally on Android and other platforms. Originally released in 2017, it earned the prestigious Spiel des Jahres Game of the Year award.

Developed by Meeple Corp in collaboration with Blue Orange Games and Bruno Cathala, this mobile version stays true to the original. Construct your realm by connecting forests, lakes, fields, and various landscapes.

Kingdomino: A Strategic Domino-Based Building Game

Your objective is to build the most valuable kingdom by arranging domino-like tiles on a 5×5 or 7×7 grid. Each tile features two types of terrain, and some include crowns to boost your score.

Starting with just one castle, you must wisely select and place tiles to connect matching terrain types. A unique drafting mechanic adds depth: choosing a stronger tile in one round may delay your next selection.

Players earn points by forming large, connected territories. This classic turn-based game supports up to four participants. As you advance, unlock cosmetic enhancements like themed castles, meeples, icons, and frames.

Visually, Kingdomino retains the original board game's appeal with vibrant hand-drawn settings, 3D animations, and animated tiles.

Easy to Learn, Engaging to Play

Kingdomino offers multiple play modes, including single-player matches against customizable AI, real-time multiplayer with online matchmaking, and local pass-and-play on shared screens.

The game supports cross-platform play and includes an offline mode. With content inspired by expansions such as Age of Giants, it also features global leaderboards. Available for a one-time purchase of $4.99 on the Google Play Store.
