Bloodborne Mod Recreates Cut Content on PC
The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, reinstates all cut content from the original game, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. Despite some texture and animation glitches, enemies remain functional.
Magnum Opus significantly alters Bloodborne, reintroducing weapons, armor sets, and repositioning enemies. The accompanying video showcases several of these new boss encounters.
While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, with hints from Hidetaka Miyazaki himself, no official announcement has been made. This has left players relying on workarounds and emulators.
The emergence of a functional PS4 emulator has been a game-changer. Modders quickly accessed the character editor, though initial gameplay proved elusive. That hurdle has now been overcome. While online videos demonstrate Bloodborne running on PC, perfection remains elusive.
