CD Projekt Red Hiring for Mysterious Project Hadar

Marcin Blacha, CD Projekt Red's VP and Narrative Lead, highlights the exceptional team required for Project Hadar, urging skilled developers to explore open positions and contribute to its development. Unlike The Witcher series, adapted from Andrzej Sapkowski's novels, and Cyberpunk 2077, based on a tabletop RPG, Project Hadar is set within an entirely new CD Projekt universe. Details remain limited (beyond confirmation it's not a space horror), and until recently, development involved a team of approximately twenty.

Currently, the Hadar team is actively recruiting programmers, VFX experts, technical artists, writers, and mission designers. Leading developers describing this as a "once-in-a-lifetime chance" suggests the project has progressed from initial concepts to full-scale production.

CD Projekt Red is concurrently managing several projects. The largest team focuses on Project Polaris, the inaugural entry in the new Witcher trilogy featuring Ciri. Two additional teams are developing a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and another game within the Witcher universe.
