Coromon: Rogue Planet Embarks on Epic Interplanetary Journey for 2025

TouchArcade Rating: Following the mobile release of Coromon, the popular monster-collecting game from TRAGsoft, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free) will launch next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android. This new title aims to combine the original game's turn-based combat with roguelite elements, creating a highly replayable monster-collecting experience. The Steam page highlights features such as 10 dynamic biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:

The original Coromon is available for free on mobile. It will be interesting to see how the mobile version of Coromon: Rogue Planet compares to the Steam and Switch releases, and whether they launch simultaneously. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds more engaging. Based on the Steam screenshots, it seems perfectly suited for short bursts of play. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS.
