Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero elevates the iconic gameplay of the Budokai Tenkaichi series to new heights. It boasts "an incredible number" of playable characters, each equipped with unique signature abilities, transformations, and techniques. Our review at IGN Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero review gave it a 7/10, highlighting its nostalgic charm: "Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is a final flash from the past, sometimes to a fault, but the feeling of traveling back to a simpler time when games didn’t have to be balanced or competitive to be fun is still a good one."

Meanwhile, pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 opened on April 24, with the console priced at $449.99. As expected, the pre-orders were met with overwhelming demand.
