Duet Night Abyss Starts Second Closed Beta Recruitment

by Jason May 26,2025

Duet Night Abyss, a highly anticipated fantasy action RPG, is gearing up for its second closed beta test (CBT). Developed by Pan Studio and published by Hero Games, the game had its first CBT back in January and is now ready for another round of testing. The recruitment for the second CBT kicked off today, May 13th, and will continue until June 2nd. This beta will be accessible in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. To add to the excitement, the developers have released a new trailer for the CBT, which you can watch below:

To participate in this second closed beta test, head over to the official Duet Night Abyss website and complete the official questionnaire to apply. Additionally, keep an eye on the game's social media channels, where the developers are hosting competitions that offer another way to secure a spot in the test.

What's the Game Like?

Duet Night Abyss offers a unique mix of waifus and Warframe-like parkour action. The game begins with a girl who grew up on an isolated island alongside her best friend and a group of tradesmen. However, the narrative takes a dark turn when a military group kidnaps her friend and throws her off a cliff. This sets the stage for a gripping, fast-paced journey into a broader, emotionally charged world.

This second CBT marks the final closed beta test before the game's release. Players will have the option to choose between a male or female protagonist and explore a new storyline called "Children From the Snowfield." This arc allows players to experience events from both character perspectives, though instead of constantly switching between characters, you can summon up to two companions to aid in battle.

That concludes our update on the Duet Night Abyss closed beta test. Don't forget to check out our coverage on Super Farming Boy, which is now available in early access on Android globally.
