Early-game combat in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 can be challenging, especially with limited weaponry. This guide shows you how to acquire the Dogwood Village Bow for free, providing a significant early advantage.

After separating from Hans, your path to the wedding involves either assisting a blacksmith or miller. Regardless of your chosen profession, the blacksmith's location conveniently marks the bow's whereabouts on your map.

The blacksmith's workshop is situated in Tachov, north of Troskowitz. Travel west from Troskowitz, following the path northwards. At the fork where a smaller road branches west, turn right towards a cluster of trees. A small training area, easily overlooked, is nestled within this grouping.

Locate the archery target with arrows; collect these for ammunition. To the right of the target, you'll find the Dogwood Village Bow resting against a tree trunk. Helpful resources like brew and mushrooms are also nearby.

Alternative Acquisition:

While purchasable from Huntsman's Son Vitek in Tachov, the Dogwood Village Bow isn't the most powerful ranged weapon. Considering its free availability nearby, purchasing it isn't recommended unless you need additional funds. Vitek offers superior weapons, and alchemy provides a lucrative alternative for earning money.
