Genshin Impact's Version 5.4 update brings four new Thespian Tricks to the Imaginarium Theater, as revealed in recent beta tests. Barbara, Sethos, Chiori, and Baizhu will each receive unique poses. The Imaginarium Theater is a significant endgame activity, complementing the Spiral Abyss. Unlike the Spiral Abyss's focus on vertical team building, the Imaginarium Theater emphasizes horizontal roster development.

Successfully completing the monthly Imaginarium Theater challenges requires a diverse roster of Elemental characters. Each month presents challenges limiting players to three Elements (with exceptions), rewarding successful completion with cosmetic items: Envisaged Echoes and Thespian Tricks.

Firefly Leaks showcased the new Version 5.4 Thespian Tricks for Barbara, Sethos, Chiori, and Baizhu. While Chiori recently had a rerun, Baizhu's upcoming release in the Chronicled Banner allows players to obtain him before Version 5.4.

Chiori's new pose is particularly anticipated by players. Her strength, especially with fully-constellated builds, rivals characters like Mualani and Arlecchino. Typically used in Mono Geo teams, she also excels alongside Navia and in Double Geo compositions with Zhongli.

Version 5.4, while smaller than some updates, lacks a new map, Archon Quest, or Artifact Domain, featuring only one new character. However, it includes a major Inazuma-based Flagship Event, a highly requested addition. The update also introduces the 5-star Anemo Catalyst, Yumemizuki Mizuki, who will feature in the Flagship Event and have her own Story Quest. Version 5.4's release is scheduled for February 12, 2025.
