Helldivers 2 creator hints at possible collab with Warhammer 40,000

Following the successful Helldivers 2 crossover with the Killzone franchise, speculation has mounted regarding a potential collaboration with another iconic universe: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubted Games Workshop's willingness to participate, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani clarified these concerns: "I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves."

This statement fueled anticipation among Helldivers 2 players, suggesting a future collaboration is indeed possible.

Going forward, premium content for Helldivers 2 will focus on carefully curated thematic partnerships, similar to the Killzone 2 collaboration. The developer emphasized that such crossovers will be infrequent, occurring only when they organically enhance the game's existing world.

Currently, players can earn additional Killzone-themed rewards through a community challenge tied to the game's Galactic War mode. The rewards are directly linked to the overall community performance.
