Navigating the unforgiving world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 requires caution, especially at night. A torch is essential to avoid unwanted attention from the guards. Here's how to equip and use it.

Equipping the Torch

To equip your torch, access your inventory. First, equip a pouch. Then, select the torch and equip it. Exit the inventory. On consoles, hold down the d-pad to activate the torch. PC players press the R key. A red shield icon next to the torch in your inventory confirms it's equipped. Remember, torches have a limited burn time, so carry spares. You can equip a torch and a one-handed weapon simultaneously, but not with a two-handed weapon or a shield.

Why Use a Torch?
