The much-anticipated official trailer for the live-action adaptation of Lilo & Stitch has finally been released, offering fans an exciting glimpse into the world of this beloved Disney classic. The trailer prominently features Maia Kealoha as Lilo, bringing to life the character originally voiced by Daveigh Chase in the 2002 animated film. This is our first extensive look at Kealoha's interpretation of Lilo, promising a fresh yet faithful portrayal.

The trailer also showcases Courtney B. Vance as the serious yet endearing Cobra Bubbles, alongside Zach Galifianakis as Jumba and Billy Magnussen as Pleakley. Fans will be thrilled to see iconic scenes from the original movie brought to life, such as Stitch's dramatic entrance resembling a falling star, his transformation to look more like a dog at the shelter, and the heartwarming moment when Lilo declares, "Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten."

Lilo & Stitch is set to hit theaters on May 23, 2025, joining the ranks of other live-action Disney remakes. It follows closely on the heels of the live-action Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs, scheduled for release on March 21, 2025.
