Loki and Hela Receive Kirisaki-Styled Attire

NetEase revealed through Marvel Rivals' Twitter account on April 21 that two new character skins are coming to the game. These designs, titled Loki's Shin Sagi-Shi and Hela's Yami no Karasu, draw inspiration from Peach Momoko's 'Demon Days' comic series featuring Marvel characters reimagined through Japanese folklore.

This marks another addition to the game's Kirisaki-themed cosmetic collection, following Peni Parker's Yatsukahagi skin. According to developers, more such thematic outfits are planned. The Loki and Hela skins will become available on April 25 at 2:00 UTC, though pricing details remain unannounced. Each costume is expected to include exclusive emotes and stickers.

Accompanying the skin announcement, Marvel Rivals released Art Vision Vol. 01 - a behind-the-scenes look at the game's visual development. Art Director Dino and the design team discuss their creative process and the inspirations behind Marvel Rivals' distinctive art style.

Strike a Pose for Special Prizes

Marvel Rivals is currently hosting a special community event celebrating Season 2: Hellfire Gala. Players can find welcome signs scattered across the new Krakoa map. By taking in-game photos of their characters posing near these signs and sharing them on social media, participants enter for a chance to win exclusive merchandise.

Prizes include limited edition Jeff the Land Shark hand fans and Series 2 fridge magnets, with 20 winners total selected. The event runs until April 25, with winners announced on April 29.
