The ESRB rating for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater (MGS Delta) confirms the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater, a feature from the original game's Subsistence and HD Collection editions. This feature, which has earned an M for Mature rating, allows players to view every cutscene featuring the female spy EVA, but with her in her underwear. Players can manipulate the camera freely and zoom in on any part of her body. To access this, players must first collect all other cutscenes in the Demo Theater, a task that requires completing the game four times.

While the game's violent themes align with its Mature rating, the inclusion of the Peep Demo Theater, often referred to as "Creepy mode," was unexpected due to its controversial nature. Many fans were surprised to see such explicit content return in the remake.
