Digital Eclipse unveils Mortal Kombat: Legacy Collection, a compilation of iconic fighting games featuring the series’ earliest titles enhanced with fresh additions.

Known for revitalizing retro games, Digital Eclipse revealed its focus on Mortal Kombat during the June 2025 PlayStation State of Play event. A debut trailer showcased the inclusion of NetherRealm’s Mortal Kombat 1, Mortal Kombat 2, Mortal Kombat 3, Mortal Kombat 3: Ultimate, Mortal Kombat 4, and more, set to release on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 later this year.

Digital Eclipse confirms the collection includes additional titles from the legendary fighting game franchise, complete with online play featuring rollback netcode. Details on the other included games remain undisclosed for now.
