Official Announcement of La Quimera – A New Game from the Creators of the Metro Series

Key developers from 4A Games have formed a new studio, Reburn, and revealed their first project: La Quimera, a first-person shooter. Staying true to their roots, Reburn delivers another FPS experience, but this time, it’s a sci-fi adventure set in a near-future, high-tech Latin America.

Players become a Private Military Company soldier, equipped with an exoskeleton, engaging in intense battles against a local organization. The game boasts dynamic combat across lush jungles and a vibrant metropolis.

Reburn promises a compelling narrative and immersive gameplay, playable solo or cooperatively with up to three players. Adding to the intrigue, the script and setting are crafted by Nicolas Winding Refn (renowned for Drive and The Neon Demon) and E.J.A. Warren.

La Quimera will launch on PC via Steam, though a release date remains unannounced.
