The Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault is set to dazzle fans once again as the eight finalists for this prestigious eSports tournament have been announced. With a staggering 515,000 players from 221 countries participating in 9.5 million Tennis Clash matches, the competition to reach the Final Stage was fierce. Now, the spotlight shines on these eight elite players who are ready to make their mark on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum.

Reigning champion Alessandro Bianco, alongside Hizir Balkanci, the victor of the first Open Qualifier, will be joined by formidable competitors Anyndia Lestari, Omer Feder, Adjua Thembisa Boucher, Eugen Mosdir, Bartu Yildirim, and Samuel Sanin Ortiz. The anticipation is palpable as these athletes prepare to battle it out for the coveted title.

This year's tournament introduces an electrifying format that promises to keep fans on the edge of their seats. The eight finalists will be divided into two teams, each led by a tennis legend. Gilles Simon, former ATP world Number 6 and a finalist from last year, will captain one team, while former Wimbledon Champion Marion Bartoli will lead the other. The teams will compete in a series of matches, with the victors advancing to the Winner Bracket. Meanwhile, those eliminated will have a second chance in the Loser Bracket, where individual prowess will determine who can still claim the championship.

Adding to the excitement, the event will be hosted by Samuel Etienne, a renowned French personality and Twitch streamer with over 1 million followers. He will be joined by esports expert Quento and former Tennis Clash number 1, Benny, also known as GP365. The tournament will be brought to life with a replica of the iconic Philippe-Chatrier court and custom outfits, all under the watchful eye of esteemed French umpire Aurélie Tourte.

250 spectators will have the privilege of attending the event live at the auditorium, while fans worldwide can tune in via Samuel Etienne’s Twitch channel and the Roland-Garros YouTube channel at 4pm CEST. Viewers can expect to watch every thrilling match and enjoy interactive segments, with special guests engaging in passionate discussions and celebrating the worlds of tennis and eTennis.
