Why are White Stellar Amulets So Valuable in Path of Exile 2?

Normal (white) Stellar Amulets, possessing only the inherent "+# to All Attributes" modifier, serve as the key ingredient for crafting the incredibly valuable Astramentis Stellar Amulet. This transformation is achieved using an Orb of Chance.

Astramentis' exceptional power stems from its potential to grant a massive attribute boost (+80-120 to All Attributes). This synergizes perfectly with the Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, another highly sought-after Unique item, enhancing attack speed and lightning damage based on Intelligence and Dexterity.
