Subway Surfers Debuts Pride-Themed Update in Barcelona

Subway Surfers rings in Pride Month with a colorful celebration of diversity, introducing fan-made LGBTQ+ character Berta to its vibrant world. While the game's 13th anniversary festivities continue, players can now dash through a sun-soaked Barcelona-themed environment alongside a meaningful partnership with Allies in Arts.

Meet Berta - A Fan's Creation Comes to Life

The highlight of this update is the debut of Berta, designed by talented community artist Aisberg. This special addition marks the winner of SYBO's Craft-A-Character competition, complete with a stylish "Summer Eleganza" outfit that adds extra personality to your runs.

To commemorate Pride, players can claim a special frame - a free permanent collectible that lets you show your support beyond June. It's a small but meaningful way to celebrate inclusivity year-round.

Gaming for Good: The Allies in Arts Partnership

This update carries extra significance through Subway Surfers' collaboration with Allies in Arts, an organization creating artistic opportunities for marginalized communities. A portion of the Pride season proceeds will directly support their mission - playing never felt so rewarding.

The limited-time event runs through June 22nd, giving players weeks to enjoy the new content while supporting a good cause. For those looking to maximize their experience, be sure to check active redemption codes for bonus goodies.

Ready to join the celebration? Subway Surfers is available as a free download (with optional purchases) on both Google Play and the App Store.
