Torchlight: Infinite recently teased its next major update, and now full details have arrived. The upcoming Sandlord season debuts April 17th, bringing transformative changes to the ARPG. With floating civilizations, economic strategy mechanics, and real-world rewards, season eight promises a revolutionary experience.

This season evolves beyond traditional monster-slaying as players establish skyborne empires. The innovative Cloud Oasis mechanic lets you trade commodities, manage workforce allocation, and optimize production chains to develop your airborne dominion.

Thea makes her seasonal return with an intriguing new trait: Blasphemer. This ability replaces her divine powers with the devastating Desecration curse - weak initially but scaling dramatically based on depleted blessing power. Players can specialize builds toward area-of-effect detonations or health-based scaling effects, creating ideal setups for damage-over-time enthusiasts and synergistic playstyles.

Endgame content receives substantial upgrades with Deep Space's complete overhaul. Five new battle stages feature expanded environments and deadlier foes.
