Warframe Unveils Isleweaver Update at PAX East

by Simon May 20,2025

PAX East was a thrilling event for Warframe enthusiasts, packed with exciting reveals and updates. The highlight was the introduction of Isleweaver, Warframe's next major narrative expansion set to launch for free in June. This dark new chapter returns players to Duviri, now ruled by the tyrannical Major Rusalka. Alongside the gripping storyline, Isleweaver introduces a new Clan Operation called Eight Claw and a new enemy faction, the Murmur, setting the stage for intense squad-based combat across twisted landscapes.

ytAnother eagerly awaited reveal was Warframe #61: Oraxia, a spider-inspired frame that has been long requested by the community. Oraxia brings a haunting set of abilities, including spinning webs to trap enemies, summoning spiderlings, draining prey, and unique wall-crawling mobility that distinguishes her from all previous Warframes.

Before Isleweaver's launch, fans can look forward to the arrival of Yareli Prime on May 21st. This prime version comes equipped with the Daikyu Prime bow and Kompressa Prime pistol. Yareli Prime's aquatic abilities enhance mobility with Merulina Prime, allowing players to trap foes in stunning bubbles and dispatch them with powerful whirlpools.

The event also showcased the new Heirloom Skins for Valkyr and Vauban. Valkyr's revamped appearance and kit rework are scheduled for July 21st, promising a significant overhaul to her berserker gameplay. Vauban's Heirloom Skin, a collaboration with Lua_Luminary, is set to debut in early 2026.

For those attending PAX East or following online, don't miss out on redeeming the latest Warframe codes to claim a variety of free in-game rewards.

In addition to these announcements, a new Soulframe trailer was unveiled, featuring an intense battle against one of its massive bosses, further stoking excitement among fans.
