This series is part of the DC All In initiative and brings together two formidable villains, Cheetah and Cheshire, in a seemingly unexpected alliance. This pairing draws from the creators' past works, with Cheetah featured prominently in Rucka's Wonder Woman runs and Cheshire being a key character in Scott's Secret Six with Gail Simone.

DC's official synopsis teases an exhilarating plot where Cheetah and Cheshire meticulously plan and execute a daring heist at the most secure facility in the DC Universe. To pull off this audacious theft, they assemble a top-tier crew capable of outwitting the Justice League. Their mission is to acquire one of the most dangerous devices in the DCU, all while navigating the complexities of their own alliances and the formidable security measures, including an AI-driven system and the heroes of the DCU themselves.

Rucka shared his excitement about the project, emphasizing the challenge faced by the villainous crew: "This is a crew of villains, or at least nominal bad guys. Not one of them has access to—let alone would be welcomed aboard—the Justice League Watchtower. We’re not making this easy on them.
