Each player starts with 8 cards, while the remaining cards form the "Draw Pile." The top card is flipped to begin the "Discard Pile."

On your turn, play a card that matches the top card’s color, number, or special ability. If you can’t play, draw from the Draw Pile. Once you’ve played your card, pass your turn to the next player.

Stacking Rule: You can stack +2 and +2 wild power cards to increase the penalty for the next player. Keep in mind, however, that a +2 cannot be played on a +2 wild.

The first player to empty their hand wins the round. The game concludes when a player reaches the target score.
