Gameplay

In Triple Agent!, each player is secretly assigned as either a Service agent or a VIRUS double agent. The twist? Only the VIRUS agents know who their allies are, and they are outnumbered by the Service agents. The VIRUS team's goal is to manipulate and turn the Service agents against each other to secure their victory.

The gameplay involves passing the mobile device around the group. Events triggered on the device can reveal secrets about other players, switch your allegiance, or even change your win condition. As a VIRUS double agent, your mission is to sow seeds of doubt and mislead the Service agents. Conversely, as a Service agent, you must tread carefully, ensuring you don't inadvertently provide the VIRUS with ammunition against you. At the game's climax, players vote to imprison someone they suspect to be a double agent. If a VIRUS agent is imprisoned, the Service team wins; if not, the VIRUS triumphs.
