A seamless approach to sharing data across health, fitness, and wellness apps is now available via Health Connect, powered by Android. This tool ensures you can sync information effortlessly while maintaining your privacy.

To access Health Connect, simply head to your device settings by navigating to Settings > Apps > Health Connect, or locate it quickly through the Quick Settings menu after downloading the app.

Enhance Your Experience: Regardless of whether you’re tracking activity, sleep, nutrition, or vital signs, integrating data across your apps provides deeper insights into your well-being. Health Connect offers customizable permissions, allowing you to decide precisely what information you wish to share.

Centralized Data Management: All health and fitness details collected by your apps are securely stored locally on your device, enabling easy oversight and management of data originating from various sources.

Streamlined Privacy Controls: Prioritize your privacy by reviewing and adjusting access permissions for each app before granting them permission to retrieve your data. Should you wish to modify these settings later, Health Connect makes it straightforward to do so.
