When you participate in our trackers, you can enhance your experience by syncing data from your connected devices through the Health Connect app. For instance, if you're tracking your running activities, you can grant access to your Health Connect app, and your running data will automatically synchronize with the tracker at app launch, providing a seamless and integrated user experience.

My Health Portal App is available through your employer's health and well-being program on a voluntary basis. Rest assured, all your data remains strictly confidential.
