Getting started is easy!

• Download the app and register in just a few minutes. All you need is your phone number and a bank card.
• Locate the nearest e-scooter on the app's map.
• Scan the QR code on the wheel, select your tariff plan, and hit "Start."
• Unlock the scooter, push off, and accelerate using the lever on the right side of the wheel.
• Finish your ride by locking the scooter at one of the many available parking lots.
• Monitor the scooter's charge to ensure you can complete your rental on time.

With Multi-rent, you can take up to 5 scooters or bikes under one account. Simply scan their QR codes to rent them.

Use the booking feature to reserve a bike or e-scooter for up to 10 minutes. Additionally, you can put your e-scooter in standby mode during your rental, allowing you to secure it while you step away for a few minutes without ending the rental.
