Fantasian Neo Dimension: Locating the Tachyon Medal
Quick Links
Fantasian Neo Dimension immerses players in a visually stunning world where they join Leo and his party to thwart Jas’s “Zero” plan, a dire threat that could obliterate existence itself. The game’s compelling narrative and distinctive gameplay mechanics keep players captivated as the stakes escalate.
The Tachyon Medal is a crucial late-game item linked to an extensive JRPG side quest. Obtaining it is just the beginning; its true significance unfolds later in the adventure. Here’s a detailed guide on how to acquire the Tachyon Medal in Fantasian Neo Dimension.
Where To Find Tachyon Medal In Fantasian Neo Dimension
The Tachyon Medal is first referenced in Shangri-La and marks the final item you'll collect before confronting the ultimate boss. To secure it, advance through the storyline until you reach Sanctum in the God Realm, accessible via the Communication Network. Within the Mirror of Order, you'll face God's Predator, a formidable yet surmountable boss. Be prepared for it to summon two additional enemies and deploy a devastating attack called Consume, which saps 90% of your health. Ensure Kina is ready to heal your party, and equip Petrification Null gear to simplify the battle.
Leo’s Fire Samidare +2 should swiftly dispatch the summoned foes, and consider bringing Cherryl, who inflicts substantial damage with Concentrate and Charge activated.
After defeating the boss, proceed to the Laboratory through the Balcony. Amidst the scattered debris, locate a chest on your right that holds the Tachyon Medal.
How To Use Tachyon Medal In Fantasian Neo Dimension
Utilizing the Tachyon Medal requires completing two tasks. First, reach the Altar in Shangri-La, and second, finish the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Cinderella Tri-Stars appear in eight locations, with the initial two integrated into the main storyline:
- En New District
- Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
- Royal Capital - Main Street
- Frozen Tundra - Center
- Hidden Valley – Duet Path
- Ancient Hill – River
- Nameless Island – Depths
- Shangri-La – Fallen City
Defeat the bosses in the sequence listed above. After vanquishing them for the final time in Shangri-La, you'll gain access to three chests just below the Altar, one of which contains the Holy Belt, offering All Ailment Null.
Once all chests are opened, a glow will illuminate the door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to reverse time. If you possess the Medal, you can initiate NG+ from this point. All your levels, items, and equipment will transfer over. While enemies and bosses will be tougher and more resilient, this shouldn't be a concern, especially if you've completed all side quests prior to entering NG+. You'll also unlock the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement for utilizing the Tachyon Medal, allowing you to embark on your quest to save the Human Realm once again.
