Misty Island, a key location in Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, presents a thrilling challenge for players. This guide details how to access the island and conquer its various obstacles to claim its hidden Power Cells and Scout Flies.

Accessing Misty Island:

To reach Misty Island, you must first assist the fisherman in the Forbidden Jungle by helping him catch 200 pounds of fish. This reward unlocks the Speedboat in Sandover Village, providing access to the island.

Collecting Power Cells:

1. The Sculptor's Muse: Your initial task is retrieving the Sculptor's Lost Muse, a golden creature near the docks. Chase it, utilizing roll jumps and strategically breaking bones to create pathways. Once captured, return the Muse to Sandover Village for a Power Cell (save this for later).

2. Blue Eco Power Cell: After retrieving the Muse, locate a platforming section with blue eco orbs. Charge with Blue Eco and activate the Precursor Platform to reach a Power Cell.

3. Dark Eco Pool Power Cell: Return to the arena near the starting point. Defeat waves of Lurkers, utilizing their dropped Red Eco to your advantage, and climb the revealed stairs to obtain a Power Cell from the Dark Eco Pool.

4. Lurker Ship Power Cell: Locate the Lurker Ship in the bay. Climb aboard and ascend to the ship's top to claim another Power Cell.

5. Cannon Power Cell: Ascend the ramp, dodging rolling and bouncing logs. Eliminate the Lurkers near the cannon at the top for a Power Cell. Use the cannon to destroy metal boxes in the arena for additional Precursor Orbs.

6. Zoomer Power Cell: Use the Zoomer to navigate the bay, carefully maneuvering around mines to defeat five Balloon Lurkers for a Power Cell.

7. Final Zoomer Power Cell: Ride the Zoomer up a ramp, navigate around a rock, and launch yourself to grab a final Power Cell and Precursor Orbs.

Collecting Scout Flies:

Seven Scout Flies are scattered across Misty Island:

1. Muse Chase: Found on a cliff accessible by using a seesaw and ground pound during the Muse chase.

2. Pre-Arena: Two Scout Flies are located near the arena entrance, requiring precise platforming across a crumbling path.

3. Post-Arena: One Scout Fly is found on cliffs overlooking the bay, accessible via a seesaw.

4. Lurker Ship: One Scout Fly is on the Lurker Ship; another is on a platform along the log-filled ramp.

5. Zoomer Bay: The final Scout Fly is near the top of the ramp used to reach the final Zoomer Power Cell.

After collecting all Power Cells and Scout Flies, return the Sculptor's Muse to complete your Misty Island adventure.
