Onimusha: Way of the Sword has the best State of Play trailer

The most impressive trailer from the recent State of Play showcase undoubtedly belongs to the new Onimusha title. Onimusha: Way of the Sword unveils its protagonist, Miyamoto Musashi, whose likeness is strikingly based on the legendary Toshiro Mifune.

The trailer depicts Musashi's thrilling battles against demons that have invaded Kyoto, interspersed with humorous moments of his attempts to evade them.

The narrative centers on Musashi's acquisition of the Oni Gauntlet through faith, empowering him to combat the demonic forces. He absorbs the souls of his vanquished foes to replenish his health and unlock special abilities.
