Just like in *Black Ops II*, building the new Staff of Ice requires collecting three parts. The first and easiest part to obtain is the Monocle. This part is dropped by the first Shock Mimic you kill in a match on The Tomb. Once you've defeated the Shock Mimic, simply approach the Monocle and press the interact button to add it to your inventory.
