Record Your Catch

Welcome to the essential tool for recording catches for all English and Welsh under 10 metre (U10m) flag vessels that operate in UK waters. Our app is designed to streamline the process of submitting catch records, helping UK fishing authorities manage fishing levels sustainably.

If you are a registered vessel owner or skipper, this service is tailored for you. Registered vessel owners will receive an invite email to join the service. The timing of this email depends on your vessel's size, and you have one calendar month from receipt to register and begin using the service. Skippers, please contact the vessel owner to obtain your invite.

Please note that if you are a member of a producer organisation and lease quota, you should continue using a paper logbook instead of this online service to record your catch.

This user-friendly app replaces several traditional forms and requirements:

• The NEP1 form
• The MSAR1 form, although local IFCAs may still require additional information based on your location
• The requirement to complete a logbook when leasing fish quota and/or when fishing in 2 ICES areas (currently IV4/VIId and VIId/VIIe)
