Uttar Pradesh has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its public health service management through the introduction of the eKavach app. This CPHC (Comprehensive Primary Health Care) application, developed and rolled out by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, is specifically designed for use by frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANMs, ASHA Sanginis, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's open-source and DPG-certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach offers a robust solution for managing various health services. The app facilitates a complete workflow and referral system for Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other essential health services, ensuring seamless integration and improved health outcomes for the community.
