The Game of the Goose is a classic board game designed for two or more players.

Each player rolls a die and advances their playing piece (by the number shown) along a spiral board made up of 63 or more illustrated spaces. Depending on the space where they land, they may move forward, move backward, and in some cases receive a penalty or a reward as indicated.

On each turn, players roll one or two dice (depending on the version) to determine how many spaces to move forward. The first player to reach space 63, known as "the garden of the goose," wins the game.
