Simply show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transport inspector for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View your travel history in the "Travel details" section.

Reasons why phone balance payments might fail:

• Corporate phone number
• Outstanding trust payment
• No balance replenishment since number activation
• Starting balance not yet used
• SIM card replaced within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for regular and school cards. For other preferential cards, visit a company office with supporting documents.

Top up your virtual card using its number directly in the app, or through other services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

1. Camera: QR code scanning.
2. Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (determining the bus code via GPS), and route planning (including transfers) from your current location to your destination. Enter destinations and departures using the map or text addresses.
