Through the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application, you can easily register and access a variety of Mitsubishi Connect services. This platform empowers you to send remote commands to your vehicle, including remote start, door lock/unlock, activating the horn and lights, scheduling dealer services, locating your car, and setting parental controls. For owners of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles, the app provides the ability to monitor charging status, manage charging schedules, and adjust settings to suit your needs. Additionally, the mobile app allows you to manage your account settings and notifications, and reach out to Customer Care for any inquiries related to the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.

• Select 2018 model year or newer Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross
• Select 2022 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander
• Select 2023 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

*Note: To utilize Mitsubishi Connect features via the app, an active subscription and a Mitsubishi vehicle equipped with a Telematics Control Unit are required. Service access is also dependent on cellular network availability and coverage.
