Airtel Tribe: Your All-in-One Retail Management Solution

Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage both customer service and their Airtel accounts in one convenient app.

The Airtel Tribe app provides retailers with a comprehensive suite of tools, including: new customer registration, modification of existing customer details, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) services, airtime and bundle purchases, Airtel Money (AM) cash transactions, bill payments, and AM/EVD transfers to other retailers.

Beyond customer management, the app offers robust account management features. Retailers can view and edit their profiles, manage stock (view, update, request, and purchase), analyze sales hierarchies, reset AM/EVD PINs, unlock accounts, access agent loans, and perform banking transactions. The app also provides access to transaction history, commission details, and retailer performance metrics for Airtel services. Retailers can easily initiate self-service requests and submit service requests to Airtel. The app also includes a helpful section for training materials, surveys, and digital notices.

Supporting Airtel Africa's diverse operations, the app is available in both English and French. Its user-friendly design makes it an essential tool for boosting retail business productivity.
