Chess Engines

This app provides a collection of OEX chess engines designed for integration with Android chess GUI applications; it's not a standalone chess program. It features no graphical interface, serving solely as a repository of powerful chess engines.

These engines are compatible with any Android chess app supporting the OEX (Open Exchange) protocol for engine communication. The app includes native executables for the following open-source engines:

Integration: Within your chosen GUI, typically through an "Engine Management" screen, look for an option to install Open Exchange engines. Select the desired engine(s) from the list provided by this application.
